Moon Work Basics
The moon is a beautiful sight, but it’s also a powerful tool for transformation and cleansing. There are so many ways to work with this amazing energy. Here are just a few of them:
New Moon Diet
This is both a way to connect with the energy of the moon, as well as to support weight loss and cleansing. A quick google search will give you a more detailed description of what’s involved, but basically it comes down to a fast that begins with the new moon and last twenty-four hours. During this period, one only ingests water, pure fruit juices (it’s best to juice your own), and vegetable juices. No sugar, fats (like with milk), or things like coffee allowed!
