As human beings we are all divine creators; Creators of our experiences, interactions, environments and our own reality. Everything we think, say, do… shapes the way we perceive this third dimension. Our soul or inner knowing inspires us to take action and follow our passion or pursue our life purpose and not only on an individual level, on a community level as well we co-create our reality, our world and this universe. We become the artists of our lives through creation by the forms of which we express ourselves.
So how do we become an active participant in creating our reality? We do this through the act of strong and mindful intention. Intention is something that somebody plans to do that has the quality or state of having a purpose in mind. The fundamental base to this concept is belief that “thought becomes form”. That means that what you focus on in your mind is ultimately reflected in your reality.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to be mindful of our thoughts. Most of the population lives inside their head and on average we have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day, this means between 35 and 48 thoughts per minute per person. The steady flow of thinking is a thick filter between our thoughts and feelings, our head and heart. Since thought shapes our reality we are literally manifesting every second of the day. So if we keep contradicting the things we want in our lives with lower vibrational thoughts, such as: I don’t have enough money, I’ll never be able to do that or why is this happening to me – we simply confine ourselves to an endless loop of never getting what we want.
Sounds simple enough right? I must admit it is not as easy as some people may think to be mindful of all of our thoughts. However, just like anything else in life, it is something we can work at consistently until it becomes second nature. It is like exercising your spiritual muscle so to speak. The more mindful you are, the faster you will see things take shape around you. You will begin to notice the experiences, interactions and people you attract in your life are matching the mindful intentions you are setting. A good way to start is to create a daily intention journal. Each day when you wake up in the morning create an intention for your day and record it in your journal. Throughout your day bring your awareness to that intention at least a few times. Remember where your intention goes, the energy flows. Through these simple mindful acts we can all be master alchemists of our lives.
