“Inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.” My inspiration comes from nature and being outdoors. Living in South Florida, we are constantly surrounded by water, beautiful palm trees and green all over. There’s so much to see here, but traveling to other places allows your mind to open up even further and for you to see a broader spectrum. I love traveling up North during the fall. I find the cool crisp air and the plethora of colors absolutely breath taking. All the sights and views really make me feel at peace. There is no greater feeling then being at one with nature.

There are so many benefits to doing yoga on a regular basis, such as:

  • Mental clarity and calmness
  • Physical strength increased
  • Healthy body
  • Increase flexibility and mobility
  • Releases toxins
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Can help with insomnia
  • Aid in lowering blood pressure
  • Increase stamina

There are also many different types of Yoga to choose from. Ranging from Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Power, and Yin, the list goes on and on!
